Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Promise Path Creations LLC (“we”, “us”) collects when you use promisepathcreations.com or buy from us, and how we use it. We aim to collect only what we need to fill your order and answer your questions.
Information we collect
- Order information. Checkout is handled by Stripe through Stripe Payment Links. When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses, along with your payment details. Stripe shares the order and contact details with us so we can fulfill your order. Stripe processes your card data; we never see or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Technical data. Our website host, Cloudflare, automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. Stripe’s checkout pages may use cookies needed for payments and fraud prevention, as described in Stripe’s privacy policy.
How we use information
- To process, ship and support your order, including returns and refunds.
- To reply to your messages.
- To calculate sales tax where required. Stripe Tax may use your address for this.
- To prevent fraud, keep records required by law, and enforce our Terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing emails unless you ask to receive them.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, for payment processing, fraud prevention and sales tax calculation.
- Amazon (Multi-Channel Fulfillment), which receives your name, shipping address and order contents so it can pack and deliver your order. Amazon or its carrier may also receive your phone number for delivery.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website.
- Our email provider, to send and receive email.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
The “Buy on Amazon” links take you to Amazon.com. Purchases there are governed by Amazon’s own terms and privacy notice, not this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as needed to fill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify them.
Security
We use reputable service providers and limit access to your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children’s privacy (COPPA)
Our products are made for children, but this website and checkout are meant for parents and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the site has no accounts or features for children to submit information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email support@promisepathcreations.com and we will delete it.
Your privacy rights, including California and other US states
Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and share it;
- get a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate information;
- ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law; and
- opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising. We don’t do these.
To make a request, email support@promisepathcreations.com. We may need to confirm your identity, for example by matching the email and order details you used. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you can reply to appeal, and we’ll respond as required by your state’s law.
California notice. In the past 12 months we have collected identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone, addresses), commercial information (what you bought) and limited internet activity (technical data processed by our host). We collect these from you and from our service providers, for the purposes described above. We share them only with the service providers listed above, and we do not sell or share them as those terms are defined in California law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
